    Tim brings over 30 years of social development experience to his role in HOT's Learning Center. His recent work focused on developing thinking schools and lifelong learning in Cusco's Andean region, while his broader career spans UNESCO and UNICEF Peru, but also international projects across many regions in the global South.
    He consistently chooses grassroots community engagement, believing that learning is a social endeavor. What excites him most about open mapping is its potential to democratize problem-solving, making complex challenges visible and actionable for organizations of all sizes.
